John E. Jacobs American Legion Post 68 strives to enhance the well-being of Leland’s veterans, their families and our community by virtue of devotion to mutual cooperation and helpfulness. Currently, our post membership totals 250+ veterans representing all branches of the US military. As a growing post, we continue to dedicate ourselves to building a strong base of veterans in northern Brunswick County and servicing their collective needs. |

Post 68 Golf Scramble Information:Dust off your golf clubs and join us for a day full of fun and friendly competition and support local veterans, youth, and community programs. A great day of golf, networking, and fun is waiting for you! This event is inclusive for golfers and non-golfers alike - all skill levels are welcome. This event is a 4-person scramble Date: November 9th, 2023 Rain Date: TBD Check-in Time: 7:30am Teeoff Time: 10am Location: Magnolia Greens Golf Course: 1800 Tommy Jacobs Dr, Leland, NC Lunch, putting contest finals, and other activities will commence at the conclusion of the round along with the awarding of prizes. This event will raise funds specifically targeted to helping local veterans and their families. |

Sponsorship Sign-Up:We are seeking financial sponsorships for the event in many ways. From an event premier sponsor all the way down to individual prizes. Please assist us in supporting those that sacrificed so much for us. Not only will you be helping them, your business will benefit from brand exposure, networking opportunities, media exposure, and tax benefits, all of which come with supporting our 501(c)(19,) veterans’ non-profit organization.
